Investor and Alternative Documentation Loans
No Doc Investor Loans up to $3,000,000.00 and up to 75% LTV. 12 and 24 months bank statements up to 90% LTV. Foreign National Loans. Stated Income Loans.

Nonconventional Funding "Hard Money"
If you own a unique property that does not meet institutional requirements, or your personal situation does not qualify you for these types of loans, then private money or so called hard money loans may be the solution for you.
